Working with the Heart in the Care of Souls

The heart is arguably the most important psychological term in the Bible and the Christian tradition. Yet, modern psychology has largely ignored it, because of its scientism and bias towards the intellect. In this talk we explore the physiological, neurological, developmental, and linguistic support for the heart as a psychological concept.
